Where is the event?
The House and Garage Orchestra event is held at the award-winning Frimley Lodge Park. If using a sat nav please use GU16 6HY and follow event signage and marshals.
The park will be operational as normal and the event is located in the private hire field located to the top left of the pavilion.

The event is organised by Camberley Theatre and Surrey Heath Borough Council
How do I get in to the event?
Ticket holders will exchange their ticket for a wristband at the entrance of the arena. Please ensure your wristband is visible at all times. The festival site is self-contained with toilets, food and drink all inside. Please note that this event is strictly no re-admission. Please ensure you have everything you need before entering.
Can I get tickets on the day?
Yes, if we haven’t sold out! We do expect this event to be very busy. The ticket office is located next to the café at Frimley Lodge Park. Please follow signage and staff instructions. You can pay by cash or card. On the day prices are £25 and the ticket office will be open from 6pm – 8pm.
I’ve ordered tickets online – can I collect them from the Theatre?
All tickets can be collected from the Theatre Box Office in advance of the event. Any uncollected tickets will be taken to the Park for pick up.
I’ve lost my ticket
Please keep your ticket safe, they cannot be reprinted or reissued. Your ticket is your only way into the event.
Are there any age restrictions?
This event is strictly 14+ and under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18+. You may require ID for proof of age to gain entry.
Children under 14 years old will not be admitted.
Food and Drink
We have a range of hot and cold food and drink vendors on site and we have a fully licensed bar. More details on these vendors and their prices will be on our website.
Please note, you cannot bring food and drink into this event. We advise you bring an empty water bottle to refill for free at the bar.
What Facilities are on site?
There’ll be a minimum of 21 portaloos, 12 urinals, 2 accessible toilets and 8 hand wash stations inside the event site.
There are bars and food vendors inside the event. Please note the café in the park will be closed.
Please use the bins provided and keep the park tidy.
What else can / can’t I bring?
Low backed chairs and picnic rugs are welcome but be aware this is an event where we encourage you to dance!
Please do not bring any bags larger than an A4 piece of paper, food, drink, glass, pets, BBQs or gazebos on site. Please be mindful that Frimley Lodge Park is a Green Flag award winning site so please help us keep the park clean and safe.
Our bars will be operating and enforcing a strict Challenge 25 policy at this event. If you can’t provide valid identification when asked, you will not be allowed to buy alcohol. So if you are lucky enough to look 25 or younger, please make sure that you bring an acceptable form of identification.
Valid forms of ID include:
- A valid photocard driving licence (full or provisional)
- A valid passport (not a photocopy).
- A Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card (showing the PASS hologram).
Drugs and legal highs
We have a robust zero tolerance approach across the site to illegal drugs and legal highs. No illegal or legal highs of any sort are permitted to be brought into the event or to be sold within the event site and should any person be found to be doing so they would be ejected from the event.
No bags bigger than an A4 sheet of paper please. If in doubt, small bags with the dimensions 350mm x 350mm x 450mm (14” x 14” x 18”) are permitted, subject to search.
Our security team will operate a bag search policy and will check your bags if they wish to. Please ensure you pack light and cooperate with our staff to make the evening enjoyable and easy for everyone!
What are the timings for the event?
Gates open at 6.30pm, with a support act at approximately 7.30pm, before the House and Garage Orchestra from 9pm. The event curfew is 10.30pm. Timings are subject to change; please follow @cambotheatre on the day for updates. Last entry is at 8pm. Please arrive early to avoid the crowds.
Event parking is £5 and can be paid by cash or card. Please follow event signage and instructions from marshals. Please note, other areas in Frimley Lodge Park are patrolled by Surrey Heath Borough Council’s Parking Services team and you may get a fine if you don’t follow signage.
No, there are no camping facilities at the park.
Is the event disabled friendly?
Yes, the field is flat with good access and there are disabled toilets and a disabled viewing area near the front of the stage.
Can you bring dogs to this event?
No, we do not allow any animals on site.
Are there cash points on site?
No, but many of the traders will accept cards. There is a cash point at the One Stop store in Frimley Green around the corner from the park.
Is there security on site?
Yes, throughout the weekend so please work with them to make the event a safe and happy environment for all. They will remove any trouble makers so please be on your best behaviour!
What if it rains?
The performance will proceed in the event of rain. As this is a completely outdoor event please dress appropriately and bring plenty of sun cream if needed.
