Christmas Pantomime Announcement

Due to the ongoing uncertainty surrounding social distancing and live performances, we have made the difficult decision to postpone our annual Christmas pantomime, Jack and the Beanstalk to December 2021.

With social distancing looking likely until the end of the year it is simply not viable for us to stage the show that our audience have come to expect. Having earned three GB Panto Award nominations for our last production, we wanted to top it this year and that simply isn't possible with a limited audience capacity plus having restrictions on number of performers on stage and other backstage logistical issues.

It takes an enormous amount of planning and work to get a show of this scale ready and we've waited as long as possible before making this sad decision. Pantomime is the only big scale production we produce in-house each year and a time of year that all the team look forward to immensely.

Jack and the Beanstalk will now run from 13 - 31 December 2021 and ticket holders will be contacted by our Box Office team shortly to move to a new date, arrange a credit or process a refund. Our Box Office is operating reduced hours at the moment so please do not contact us; we will contact everyone directly to discuss your booking. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

For those who regularly attend our Pantomime we would like to thank you for your support and we'll miss seeing you this year. We will be sharing details of our alternative Christmas programme shortly; Christmas isn't cancelled, it'll just look a little different this year.
