Flexible Booking Policy
To help our customers during this time and to support the Theatre industry begin returning to a new normal, we have introduced a flexible booking policy which will remain in effect until at least 30 November 2021.
- Exchange their tickets for an upcoming performance of their choice without any exchange fees. This will be limited to one exchange per show, unless the performance date is cancelled or rescheduled by the venue/promoter
- Exchange your ticket for another performance if you feel unwell and would prefer not to attend the Theatre. No exchange fees will apply.
- Your original tickets and same seats will be valid for the new date. (For unreserved seating events such as Frimley Lodge Live, we will issue you with new tickets.)
- If you cannot make the new date, you may exchange to a different performance of your choice. You will not have to pay any exchange fees but pay the difference if the new performance tickets are more expensive. If the new tickets are cheaper we will refund the difference to you.
- If you cannot make the new date, you can have a credit and use this on any of our upcoming performances in the next 12 months.
- Or you may request a refund for the full ticket price.

Box Office Information
We accept all debit/credit cards except American Express. Cheques should be made payable to Surrey Heath Borough Council.
We charge a £2 transaction fee on all bookings. This fee enables us to give the best possible service, keeps our ticket prices as affordable as possible and reflects card and cash fees that we are charged. We charge a £1.50 postage fee but we do not post tickets within 7 days of the show. Please note postage is only available to UK addresses. Tickets are free to collect from the Box Office or you can use the Print at Home option and show your tickets on your phone.
Theatre Club members do not pay the transaction or postage fee.
Save time, book online and choose your own seat at www.camberleytheatre.co.uk. You will need to create a secure online account to purchase tickets. All ticket types, offers and family tickets are available through the website.
Our Box Office is open for counter or phone bookings, Monday to Friday 10am-5pm and Saturdays 10am-4pm. When there is a show, we are open until 15 minutes after the show starts. We are closed Sunday and Bank Holidays unless there’s a show when the Box Office opens 2 hours before the show starts.
Theatre Club members may reserve tickets for 7 days, while we offer extended reservations for large groups and schools. Reservations are not available for general sale tickets and may not be offered for near sell-out shows.
Refunds and Exchanges
Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. If the show is cancelled by the Theatre or Promoter, the ticket price can be credited to your account. However the transaction fee and postage fees are non-refundable.
Please note; credit will remain on your account with us for 12 months before expiring. If you have credit on your account this can redeemed online, in person or over the phone and as full or part payments towards tickets for any of our shows.
Sold Out Shows & Events
For events in our Function Room that offer unreserved seating this is on a first come, first served basis. This includes our Comedy Club and it is not possible to reserve a seat.
Customer Care Values
We value our team and expect that you will treat them with the same respect that you would expect from us.
Aggressive, rude or unpleasant behaviour and language will not be tolerated.
Camberley Theatre would like everyone to enjoy all the services and facilities on offer and in order to further this commitment, has adopted the Essential Companion Scheme.

We have a Sennheiser infra-red system for deaf customers. Headsets can be collected from the Box Office and must be returned at the end of the show. Large print brochures are available on request. All our facilities are accessible by wheelchair users and we welcome assistance dogs. If you have difficulty climbing stairs we recommend rows AA-C which are flat-floor. Please note our wheelchair spaces are limited to 4 per performance.
Those 14 years and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years and over.
Babes in Arms Policy
A ticket must be purchased for any child over 18 months old. For younger customers we have a limited number of booster seats available. Priority is given to those in rows AA-C.
Ticket prices are set by the Promoter so this means not all shows carry a concession price. Discounts are available on selected shows for the following groups: Children under 16, Seniors over 60, Full Time Students and those in receipt of certain specified benefit. Please bring proof of status to the Box Office to collect your tickets.
Do you sell Theatre Gift Vouchers?
Yes! Our gift vouchers can be redeemed against any Theatre show or event and you can use this credit in person, over the phone or online. Our vouchers can only be redeemed at Camberley Theatre.
We comply with Data Protection Law and do not pass your details to any other organisation.
