We want Camberley Theatre to be as accessible and inclusive as possible, and will make reasonable adjustments to enable and improve your visit. One way we do this is through our Access Scheme, which is free, and open to all customers with a disability, and those with long-term health conditions.

Access Members can book accessible seats and services online. Joining also helps our staff deliver the best possible standard of service to you.

Hearing Impaired

We have a Sennheiser infra-red system for deaf customers. Headsets can be collected from the Box Office. Please return to us at the end of the show.

Visually Impaired

Large print brochures are available on request. Assistance dogs are welcome at Camberley Theatre and we can supply a bowl of water upon request. Please inform the Box Office when booking your tickets so we can accommodate you.

Mobility Impaired

Please note we offer 4 wheelchair spaces per performance, so we advise booking early. Our accessible toilet is next to the men's toilets on the ground floor. It is equipped with an alarm and baby changing facilities. Our lift is located to the left of the front doors for access to the rear of the auditorium. If you have difficulty climbing stairs we recommend rows AA-C which are flat-floor.

Equality Act 2010

Anyone who has a physical or mental impairment which has a substantial or long-term adverse effect on their ability to carry out regular day-to-day activities.

We have recently relaunched our access registration scheme in partnership with Nimbus Disability, with the introduction of the Nimbus Access Card.

Nimbus Disability is a social enterprise and an organisation run by and for disabled people and is recognised as a leading authority on accessible ticketing in the UK.

By partnering with Nimbus Disability, we’ll be able to ensure that even more people are able to book access tickets at Camberley Theatre, and that the right tickets are sold to those who are eligible.

How to register

Registering for a Nimbus Access Card is simple and membership is valid for three years. You can sign up for a free Camberley Theatre digital access pass or alternatively you can upgrade to a paid Universal Access card at £15.

Universal Access cards are valid to use at Camberley Theatre and other venues across the UK.

If you already own a Universal Access card with Nimbus, you’ll just need to link your card with your Camberley Theatre account.

To link an access card to your account please call the Box Office on 01276 707600 or email us at camberley.theatre@surreyheath.gov.uk.

Applications will take approximately 5 working days to process. Once your application has been approved, Nimbus will provide you with a unique registration number by email, which you’ll then be able to use to link your access requirements to our ticketing system.

When booking tickets online, seats associated to your requirements will show automatically on the seating plans. Any applicable discounts will automatically apply during the booking process at checkout.

If you are not able to use online forms, Nimbus will be able to assist with telephone registration. Please call 0330 808 5108 to register over the phone.

How to link an existing Access Card to your account

The Access Card scheme covers multiple venues, across the UK and beyond. If you already have a universal Access Card you can link it to your Camberley Theatre account by contacting the Box Office on 01276 707600.  If you don't have a Camberley Theatre online account, we will create one for you when you link your Access Card and then you can log in from our homepage using the ‘forgot my password’ link. It’s that simple!

If you have a Camberley Theatre Access Registration number via Nimbus, you can follow the same process as above.
