Our Auracast™ broadcast system allows compatible assistive listening devices such as hearing aids and headphones to connect to a direct live stream of each event. This new technology is transforming the way audiences connect with sound in venues around the world. It enables individuals to use their own devices to listen to a clear audio stream delivered directly into their ears. This broadens the application of assistive listening technology beyond hearing impairment, such as offering a new level of accessibility to neurodivergent audiences.

How to use Auracast™

How you connect to the Auracast™ broadcast will depend on what type of device you are using. If you do not have a compatible device (e.g. Auracast™ enabled hearing aid or compatible headphones), you can use a receiver when in the venue. You can collect this at the box office and will be provided with either an induction loop, for hearing aids with the "T" setting, or headphones.
